We have a professional investment business. We buy and renovate distressed properties. Sometimes we have more properties than we can renovate in a reasonable amount of time. Other times we are looking for properties to fill up our pipeline and keep our people working. Some wholesale property websites have come and gone. Others are captive by lenders. Others are just landing pages for companies looking to sell their systems and services.

We just wanted a simple web site for us and other professional real estate investors to find and market investment properties. We wanted to provide education for wholesalers to accurately and effectively price and move their properties. When we could not find that web site - we built it.
